I found a legend from mythology that says Zeus (god of the gods) planned on summoning the last eclipse as a last resort to imprison the titans. Could this possibly relate to DotM  ? We know how Lynne likes to base her stories on myths... |

Also in the legend, it says if the last eclipse is summoned, Mt Olympus will be destroyed but humankind will be saved. So Zeus was willing to sacrifice his life and the lives of the other gods to save Earth basically.
What if Vanessa saves the world but ends up destroying the DotM?? just a thot..

I think they will all probably lose their powers in the end, like without them turning 16 and others replacing them.

I think this is the last book b/c I went to that website on the post DotM #13 and this is the description:
Now, on the eve of Vanessa's seventeenth birthday, the Daughters face their final battle against the evil Atrox. But in saving the world, will the Daughter's lose each other?
