hi,
i kind of agree that jimena will make a good mentor.. but think abt. it.. its more possible that TIANNA is the mentor.. because jimena's book is not until number 15, and i dont think the Daughters can wait that long to have a mentor.. plus, good and evil fought over maggie in book10 when they found out that she would replace Pandia, right? and good and evil are fighting over TIANNA too.. and also, maybe jimena will change into something else we dont know about.. and i think that Lynne knows that we are ALL anticipating jimena to be mentor, so she will give us a surprise when we find out that its TIANNA.. also, the interview where lynne said that we would dislike tianna was taken before Book9 came out, so maybe she was talking about TIANNA summoning THE ATROX in THE CHOICE.. what do y'all think?

Tianna can't be the mentor cuz it took her 2 - 3 pages for her to believe she was a Dotm, which was only about a few minutes. Lynne Ewing was already finished writing book 12 when she gave the interview. So she was probably thinking about that since it's hard to remember everything you write in each individuable book. Ewing probably wrote The Choice a year or so before she gave the interview, where as book 12 was fresh in her mind. Which probably means we will all hate Tianna more after book 12.

The mentor is a daughter of the moon, so it can't be a guy or anyone else in the story besides them. What pendant?

Try to read the posts correctly if you are going to respond. And the pendant is the one that Maggie wears to show that she is the mentor. the one that has the spell written on it to kill the Atrox. you said that it was a girl, I didn't know if you ment a daughter of the moon or just a girl in the story. Cuz someone thought it would be Cassandra or Morgen or someone and I didn't know if it was you. So I just wanted to correct you just in case. I thought it was the talisman not the pendant that had those word thingies on it. Oops. Sorry for the mix-up!
